Ⅰ: Delivery

Upon receiving delivery payment, we will contact customer in 24 hours to reach agreement on delivery date.

Ⅱ: Installation

During installation, installation engineer check site condition with as-built layout, ensure site condition for correct installation and instruct utility engineering for machinery working. 

Ⅲ: Debugging

Frequent contact with customer and be aware of project progress, instruct pre-conditions fordebugging requirements, make agreement and schedule with user on debugging date.


Ⅳ: Training

After contract comes into effect and equipment has finished installation and debugging, we will train operator and maintenance engineer from user side. 

Ⅴ: Qualification

After equipment finished installation and debugging at factory, customer comes to Canaan for FAT. Canaan makes modification according to deviations list item by item until customer is satisfied. 

Ⅵ: Feedback

Within 3 months after debugging, after-sale department will arrange service engineer to customer site for feedback visit and an overall examination and maintenance. If necessary, arrange an overall training with customer operator and maintenance engineer again.  

Ⅶ: Response

Upon receiving equipment, we will make agreement with user about installation date (7 daysbefore exact installation date). If customer proposes an installation date with well site condition,we will response in 1 working day and dispatch engineer at site within 3 working days (excludingspecial situations).
